Solar-thermal power systems use collectors transform solar radiant energy into hightemperature thermal energy and power through the thermodynamic cycle process. Heatstorage technology is reasonable and effective use of the existing energy, optimizing the useof renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies. Modern solar trough power plantsusually set the heat storage system to maintain power continuous and stable operation,improve the utilization efficiency of sunlight. In order to improve the efficiency ofregenerative system, must carry on the optimization design of regenerative heat system, isthe lowest energy loss of heat storage system.This article first analyzes the area.the analyses the effect of heat loss, thermal collectorsof one-dimensional steady-state heat transfer model is established, and the thermal propertyof molten salt linear fitting and analysis of the heat transfer performance and temperature ofmolten salt. According to thermal collectors of one dimensional heat transfer model, thispaper analyzes the Schott PTR70area.the type temperature characteristic and Schott PTR70area.the type load flow characteristics. According to the result of analysis, finding out thefactors that influence the area.the heat loss reduce area.the loss optimization direction arepointed out.This article also aimed at using molten salt as a whole collection hot salt field ofregenerative heat transfer medium in low light conditions of heat loss are analyzed. Firstillustrates the advantages of direct molten salt heat storage system, heat transfer heat storage medium and the molten salt as a set of all the salt heat loss of thermal field isanalyzed. According to the characteristics of the full collection hot salt field, first of all, setup a1mw solar power slot set layout model of thermal field and pipeline, analyzes thepower consumption model of molten salt pump. Then apply before establishing the area.theheat loss model of thermal insulation solutions into the analysis of the three different,illustrates the high temperature molten salt directly thermal insulation, low temperaturemolten salt directly heat preservation and high and low temperature molten salt mixed heatpreservation of the three project characteristics, analyzes the factors affecting3schemeinsulation power consumption, the high and low temperature molten salt is obtained hybridinsulation scheme is most suitable conclusion.At the end of the paper to fit in with the trough type solar power double pot, cookingheat storage system, optimize the diamond of heater design, and simulate the heatingprocess, heating time is calculated. First illustrates the start heater working principle,according to its special working environment and start heater heat transfer model isestablished. According to this model, the straight tube, spiral tube and coil type the threeheater separately has carried on the design and calculation, got the main dimensions of theheater, and analyzes their respective advantages and disadvantages, come to the conclusionthat the optimal coil heater.Through a series of modeling and analysis, it is concluded that the molten salt directlyheat storage system using high and low temperature molten salt mix heat preservation isbetter; Oil-salt heat storage system start the heater coil arrangement good conclusion.
