Capacitor power supply is one of the main power supplies of portbale pulsed magneticdevice. The charging power supply is the key of fast charging. Since high-frequency seriesresonant charging power supply has the merit of constant current charging and strongability of anti-load short, it is very suitable for the charging power supply of this device.In this dissertation the research of the charging power supply for small pulsedmagnetic device is introduced. First, the charging characteristics in discontinuous currentmode are analyzed. When the circuit works in discontinuous current mode, switch tube canrealize zero-current turn-on and turn-off, and the switching losses are reduced. Second, thecomposition of the control circuit is analyzed to determine the parameters of the requiredcomponents, and the design of the parameters of the whole circuit is completed. The seriesresonant circuit is simulated by Pspice, and the results verify the correctness of thetheoretical analysis and parameter design. Third, by setting the charging voltage at thenon-linear stage of charging, the accuracy and reliability of the device are improved. At last,when a2mF storage capacitor is charged by the prototype, the voltage reaches3000V in12seconds. The test results meet the requirement of charging, the charging reproducibility isgood, and the basic anticipated functions are realized.
