Nowadays, Energy demand is increasing, What people concerned more is how toimprove the energy using efficiency. Combined cooling heating and power is a technologyhas good development prospect. In this paper, The way of supplying energy by Combinedcooling heating and power system is discussed. Aimed to analysing the influence of thevilla group dimensions to combined cooling heating and power system’s performance.And find out a suitable critical size for the trigeneration system.The trigeneration system is complicated and the allocation forms is various, According tothe characteristics of users in the villa group to choose the trigeneration system configurationform, When to determine the trigeneration system configuration form must follow the energycascade utilizingprinciple, To meet the user’s all cold and hot load andpart of the electrical loadin the villa group for the purpose. This topic compared two different configurations, andultimately determine the internal combustion form of internal combustion engine and flue gasdirect-fired machine. Through the methods of simulation and the conventional calculation to getthe villa group’s cold and hot load by hours, the electric load and daily hot water load. Thetrigeneration system equipment selection need to use the load by hours.Analysed the energy saving and economic based on the selected trigeneration system,get the lower limit dimensions of villa group for the trigeneration system,and thenanalysed parameters such as power generation efficiency, mains price, natural gas pricesand so on.Finally find the parameters boundary when the system operated of energysaving and economic. Through the sensitive analysis found that the mains price influenceon the system economy significantly. And the influence of the operation time totrigeneration system is evident, Analysis the running time per years of the system canprovide a basis for operation optimization.Due to the stability of the trigeneration system in secure energy supply, thetrigeneration system can not only reduce electricity peak pressure, but also as emergencyenergy function when power supply malfunction,This topic research methods and results can provide help for the planning and design stage.
