There are many problems of Concrete pavement of the bridge. Mainly as follows:destruction of the combination between pavement and concrete beams; Fatigue cracks, temperature cracks, and shrinkage cracks,caused by negative moment, partial load and so on;destruction of bad concrete impermeability. Flexible enhanced deck pavement is able to give full play to the advantages of crumb rubber concrete, making the bridge deck pavement with good abrasion resistance,good ability to resist the vehicle load, Small vibration, low noise,being not warp, good ability to resist crack, good antirust and no rutting.It can greatly reduce or cancel the expansion joints and reduce the thickness. And excellent impermeability ensures that the pavement can play the role of rigid waterproof, and simplify the pavement structure.Rubber aggregate concrete for pavement layer in the project, with the ratio of R&D include:Experimental Study of the Adaptability of the cement category and admixtures, concrete work performance, physical and mechanical properties of concrete, durability aspects,eventually get to a certain fit than the program can be used in the actual operations and performance is better than the national specification. For characteristics, flexible enhanced pavement reinforced concrete bridge laying and usage problems, the pavement expansion joints set, the laying of the thickness study. Explore flexible enhanced pavement design limit state, the combination of material properties and design specifications the mature car statistical computing and environmental factors established for flexible reinforced concrete pavement design model, suitable for given parameterized situation and climatic conditions of the various types of vehicles, the design method. Meanwhile, concrete construction, of flexible reinforced concrete pavement construction recommended method.Through a series of tests on the durability of the rubber aggregate concrete test, found its ductility and bending performance has significantly improved as compared with ordinary concrete impact toughness tests showed that crumb rubber concrete impact toughness increased by more than1times the chloride penetration testshowed that the rubber aggregate concrete6h conductivity less than1000Coulomb, is a very low permeability concrete. From site sampling results, crumb rubber concrete brittleness coefficient is close to6, much higher than ordinary concrete. These results lead us to believe that flexible enhanced deck pavement has good durability, which will be conducive to the future care and maintenance of bridges.
