With the improvement of living standards,the number of cars continues to increase,resulting in more and more tires being used and discarded.The "black pollution" caused by discarded tires and a series of environmental and health problems it brings have become obstacles to the sustainable development and building harmonious society.At the same time,as the most widely used building materials,Manufacture of concrete requires a lot of natural resources,access to natural resources can also cause environmental damage.The scrap tire rubber particles are used in concrete to have double environmental benefits,which can not only solve the problem of scrap tire but also reduce the natural resource demand of concrete production.In addition,the rubber aggregate concrete has the advantages of light weight high elasticity,shock absorption cracking,good toughness,noise reduction and sound insulation,etc.,which can solve a series of problems existing in common concrete roads.The goal of this project is to obtain C40 grade rubber aggregate concrete with good road performance.And this project uses rubber particles produced by discarded tires to partially replace natural fine aggregate to prepare rubber aggregate concrete for road use.In order to determine the impact of rubber particles on the performance of concrete,the subject first studied the effects of different particle size and different content of rubber particles on the properties of concrete bulk density,slump expansion and strength.In order to ensure the successful preparation of rubber aggregate concrete road materials,the subject in accordance with the requirements of road concrete,the use of better rubber particle size and dosage of road rubber aggregate concrete preparation.Then,in order to further improve the performance of rubber aggregate concrete,the rubber granules were treated with water washing,coupling agent infiltration and Na OH soaking,and the improvement effect of different treatment methods on the performance of rubber aggregate concrete was investigated.Finally use the bestrubber particle size,the best rubber content and the best rubber particle modification methods,preparation of road with a rubber aggregate concrete and explore its modulus of elasticity,fatigue performance,sound absorption properties and other pavement performance.The results show that the weight of concrete can be reduced by replacing the fine aggregate with the volume of rubber particles,and the concrete bulk density decreases with the increase of the content of the rubber particles.With the increase of the content of rubber particles,the viscosity of concrete increases,the slump expansion shows a gradual downward trend,and the rubber particles with smaller particle size have a greater influence on the slump expansion.The incorporation of rubber particles is unfavorable to the mechanical properties of concrete.With the content of rubber particles increasing,the flexural strength and compressive strength of concrete decrease.In contrast,20 mesh rubber particles are more suitable for the preparation of rubber aggregate concrete.Rubber particles after washing,Na OH soaking and coupling agent infiltration treatment,the fluidity of rubber aggregate concrete almost no effect.From improving the strength performance of rubber aggregate concrete,2% Na OH soaking treatment is the best method of rubber particle modification.The optimum effect is achieved when the rubber particle content is 10% The elastic modulus of C40 road used rubber aggregate concrete decreased by about 8322 MPa,the fatigue cycle reached nearly 8500 times,and the project noise reduction coefficient reached more than 0.2.The subject systematically studied the influence of the particle size,content and modification of rubber particles on the properties of concrete,and prepared the rubber aggregate concrete with high performance.The research results of the paper can provide guidance for the preparation of rubber aggregate concrete.
