At the background of information, intelligent, resource-saving transportation, how tominimize the daily operations of electricity has become a very important issue. Aimed at theproblem of less reliability, the low level of intelligence, energy consuming serious, this articlepresented the new idea-highway tunnel ventilation energy-saving system based on neuralnetwork technology, fuzzy control technology and electrical FM technology.Firstly, this paper described the development and status of ventilation control in thecurrent domestic and international, and summed up some of the deficiencies. After that theentire tunnel ventilation system is analyzed, It also elaborated different tunnel ventilationsystem and control method. Then in order to get an accurate value of short-term traffic flowforecasting, the BP neural network algorithm is used in order to design short-term trafficflow forecasting model. It also provided the basis for the input of fuzzy control system.The fuzzy controller take the predictive value of traffic volume and the amount of COconcentration value as input value, and take the number of fans to start or the speedadjustment signal as the output value. Fuzzy controller can get tunnel fan speed adjustmentsignal or the number of fans need to start after fuzzy reasoning, then the number of fans torun at different speeds can be controlled through the frequency control technology.Finally, based on the actual tunnel traffic, a comprehensive analysis between the energyconsumption of the traditional control and intelligent control technology was done in theprocess of highway tunnel ventilation control. the paper proposed the conclusion that theventilation system based on fuzzy control is more energy consumption, lower operating costs.
