Sandwich laminate panel structure is widely applied in our daily life, they almostapplied in every areas of industry and life. Compared to single layer platestructure,sandwich laminate panel structure has many advantages, such as high stiffness,high impact resistance, excellent sound insulation performance and so on, so it isincreasingly becoming focus of attention among scholars.The periodical dampingtechnology for vibration and noise reduction has its unique advantage compared withtraditional full damping mode and one big block damping mode.Therefore,combiningsandwich laminate panel structure and periodical damping technology for vibration andnoise reduction, and using the existing theory and tool to study acoustic radiationcharacteristic of periodical damping sandwich laminate structure has great significancein engineering application for such structure.Periodical damping structure has many kinds of form, and this paper focuses onstudy of one-dimensional strip periodical damping and two-dimensional blockperiodical damping’s application in sandwich laminate panel structure, and analyzehow different structure parameters and material parameters influence the acousticradiation characteristic of periodical damping sandwich laminate panel structure.First, this article use the finite element method and boundary element method toestablish a simulation model of a one-dimensional strip periodical damping on sandwichlaminate panel structure and conventional big block damping sandwich laminates panelstructure, compare the two curves of the radiation sound pressure, the former is muchbetter than the latter. Based on this, this paper study the acoustic radiation properties ofone-dimensional strip periodical damping sandwich laminate panel structure, analyzehow the structural parameters (thickness of core layer, lattice constant,damping fractionof coverage) and the material parameters (density) effect on acoustic radiation pressure,handled by mean square,then acquire related curves of each parameter.Second, taking the two-dimension block periodical damping laying style, the twokinds of traditional big block periodical damping laying style and the full dampinglaying style into sandwich laminate panel structure, and build a simulation model, withcomprehensive analysis of the four curves of the sound pressure comparison found thatthe sound radiation characteristic of two-dimensional block periodical damping style onsandwich panel laminate structure is the best. Based on this, this paper study the acoustic radiation property of two-dimensional block periodical damping on sandwichlaminate panel structure, analyze the impact of structural parameters (thickness of corelayer, lattice constant,damping fraction of coverage) and material parameters (density)on its acoustic radiation pressure, handled by mean square,then acquire related curvesof each parameter.Finally,making experiments about the acoustic radiation characteristic of the twoperiodical damping sandwich laminate structures respectively,and experiment resultsshow good agreement with simulation results, so that it prove correctness ofstructure simulation.
