The Design Of Boiler Control System Based On PC+MCS-51

Based on the detailed analysis of the existing boiler control system,this paperdesigns a kind of boiler control system based on PC+MCS-51.The control system iscomposed of the upper machine(PC) and lower machine (MCS-51).PC is responsiblefor the audience more machine joint control of boiler, may at any time monitor themachine under the current running status and record, etc.Lower machine is mainlyresponsible for single boiler operation,the control and pass real-time conditionmonitoring computer.Staff can through the PC monitoring system to check the operationof the boiler, and makes the corresponding processing.This paper mainly do the following several aspects:1. Analysis of the existing boiler control system, including the coal supply system,temperature control system, water level control system, negative pressure controlsystem, etc., according to the project company commissioned the actual need todetermine the overall design;2. Lower machine control system hardware circuit design. Includes hardwarecircuit principle diagram of the development and design, PCB drawing, weldingproduction and debugging, as well as the surrounding equipment circuit connection, etc;3. Lower machine control system application software design. Including the designof the main program, temperature acquisition module of the program design, thepressure sensor module design, the water level monitor module program design,microcontroller and PC communication program, interrupt program design, liquidcrystal display program design, etc;4. PC monitoring and control system design. In PC monitoring and control system,USES LabVIEW development PC machine monitoring and control system, make it hascommunication, data processing and recording, real-time monitoring of machine andboiler operation, report printing, etc, constitute a distributed control system (DCS); Atthe same time, in accordance with the Modbus communication protocol, communicationprogram, achieve the function of upper machine and lower machine communication,realize the man-machine interaction monitoring system.According to the simulation results of the boiler control system in this paper,itshows that research and development of the boiler control system has convenient use,high reliability, low cost advantages, and the running effect is good.
