According to the developing task demand of the sudden defense SRM, which hashigh acceleration,high Aluminium powder content in propellant,big second run-off,highburning temperature and long work time.The composition of the inner insulation and itsforming process as well as adhesion technology was studied,in the meantime,theacceleration aging performance and ultrasonically detection technology of adhesionboundary was also studied.Firstly, by researching and analyzing the relation study information of the abroadand country, the basic composition system was formed, after selecting the different rudeEPDM rubber、strong agent、flame retardants、ablation fiber、ablation resin、plastic agentand vulcanization system. furthermore,Aiming at the design index demand of theinsulation, the amount of flame retardant system、ablation fiber、ablation resin andadhesive agent were respectively optimized by the orthogonal experiment. New EPDMinner insulation material was developped By the test of performances,J210EPDMcomposition insulation of good synthesis performances was established.Secondly, adhesion process technology of J210composition of EPDM was studied,taking into account the heat defense demand, in the meantime, pre-moulding processtechnology of the rude or vulcanization EPDM rubber was studied, the relativemoulding process technology parameter and technology condition was ascertained.In addition, the treatment method of the adhesive boundary of insulation includingsand-spraying was also studied and applied, contributing to the good adhesive processtechnology. J210composition of EPDM was successfully checked by the field stillnesstests of the sudden defense SRM of under the conditions of room temperature、hightemperature and low temperature.Lastly, heat-oxygen acceleration aging test of J210composition of EPDM andnon-destroyment detection technology of the adhesive boundary of the insulation werestudied. Aging invalidation model of the insulation was finally ascertained,withreference to the designed index of the insulation, The estimated imbursement durationof J210composition of EPDM is29.61years by the extrapolation of heat and oxygenacceleration aging test. Aimed to the adhesive state of the insulation of the suddendefense SRM,five kinds of type states of the insulation were simulated,including to thegood adhesiveness、sesame-like adhesiveness、feebleness adhesiveness、completenessnon-adhesiveness、bar-like completeness non-adhesiveness. Effect of the metal platethickness and the different curvature of test piece on wave shape of the ultrasonicdetection was analyzed. the contrast detection of which was finished, with CTS-8Ctransistor ultrasonic detection instrument.the detection standard of the adhesive state of the insulation of the sudden defense SRM was showed; the criterion reliability isvalidated by the eligibility ultrasonic detection results of the adhesive state of theinsulation of the total three sudden defense SRM.By the study of the composition technology, adhesion process technology,acceleration ageing technology and none-detect detection technology of adhesiveboundary surface of J210EPDM insulation, the technogy support and quality guaranteewere provided not only for the reliability of inner heat-defense of the sudden-defensemotor but also for that of the analogy motor.
