Along with the temperature and humidity independent control system vigorously promotion and application, the high temperature cold source become the one question that temperature and humidity independent control system needed to solve. As a result of the end supply cold water temperature from the traditional7~9℃to16℃to18℃.It is provides conditions for using evaporative cooling air conditioning technology to make high temperature cold water. According to the evaporative cooling technology, research and development of evaporative cooling chillers of the outlet water temperature is not same in different regions. And the same area in different periods is also susceptible to climate impact of water temperature. Therefore puts forward the ideas of the evaporative cooling and mechanical refrigeration joint operation.At first, the evaporative cooling chiller thermal parameters are studied in detail, theoretical analysis is given for the unit design process of the basic parameters. On the choice of packing section gives the detailed calculation selection process and design basis. Finishing become computing program, simplify the calculation steps. Indirect-direct evaporative cooling chillers outlet temperature was analyzed in theory, and puts forward the sub-wet bulb temperature, defines the concept of sub-wet bulb efficiency. Combined with meteorological conditions of six provinces in northwest of China theoretical calculation on the six provinces city at all levels of the outlet water temperature. And the data were collated, rendering different wet and dry bulb temperature difference line calculating charts, and gives the indirect-direct evaporative cooling chillers outlet water temperature characteristics made the water temperature estimate form, convenient practical query design. And quantitative gives the evaporative cooling chillers and mechanical chillers combined use, quantitative research analyses the proportion between the water distribution and the different cities to use evaporative cooling water chillers can guarantee the running time of the number.Then, analysis the different mode of evaporation cooling chillers application in half-center air conditioning system in northwest of China. It introduced the double cold source system which was combined with evaporative cooling chillers and mechanical chillers. Combining with the calculating examples are illustrated, it is given the air-water evaporative air conditioning system detailed design process and check process. Carrying on the detailed introduction and analysis system based on a practical engineering in xinjiang. Analysis of the evaporative cooling chillers and mechanical chillers joint in different ways, and In combination with different operation mode to undertake economy is analysed in a project in northwest of China.And then, respectively test research on a practical application of evaporative cooling chillers in half-center air conditioning system of xian and xinjiang. Testing the two mode of operation, the one is separate operate the section of direct evaporative cooling and other was indirect, direcr operate in same time. Test study concluded that the dry bulb temperature was33-35℃and wet bulb temperature was18-20℃in the condition of xinjiang region. The outlet temperature maintained at21-22℃when open alone direct evaporative cooling section of chillers. the water is maintained at a temperature of16-18℃when open indirect, direct evaporative cooling section at the same time, to fully meet the requirements of end. Combined with test data analysis showed that the evaporative cooling chiller can achieve very good results, and set the highest efficiency of water side when gas water ratio in1.4in Xi’an area. The use of evaporative cooling chiller system energy efficiency ratio was18.18, was air-cooled system6.5times, was a water-cooled system4.7times, was evaporative condensing system4times. And its operation cost than air-cooled water chillers to save293000yuan, compared with the water cooled chiller to save192000yuan, compared with the evaporative condenser water chillers to save159000yuan.Finally, the evaporative cooling chillers application promotion were analyzed. In northern area of Yulin city and Yanan city as an example, or high temperature cold water meet the requirements of time to total cooling season time90%, Yanan to total cooling season82.7%of the time. When the mechanical refrigeration as auxiliary heat source operation, in Yulin City, the water supply flow for end total flow4/15; Yanan city mechanical refrigeration flow end water total flow7/16. At the same time analysis of an area is suitable for the use of evaporative cooling technology, not only to the provinces as the demarcation, but should be based on specific city meteorological conditions, through the analysis of the validation can reach evaporative cooling technology to engineering practice play a guiding role.
