| Electronic-controlled technology of diesel engine is the inevitable trend of theupgrade of diesel engine, and electronic-controlled injection control system as the coreof diesel engine has become the important research technology in industry.At present,foreign diesel engine has been widely used electronic-controlled fuel injection system.Electronic-controlled fuel injection control technology research of diesel start late, levelis not high in China. Therefore, research the world advanced technology, suitable for thedevelopment of China’s national conditions, with high technology and start point of theelectronic-controlled fuel injection control system is diesel industry facing a primarytask in China.Fuel injection system of diesel mainly includes oil pump, high-pressure oil pipe,injector and high-speed solenoid valve structure, etc. the matching of workingparameters is the performance technology guarantee of diesel to power, economy andemission. Fuzzy control is a kind intelligent control strategy to simulate human thinkinginference method, applicable to control electronic-controlled fuel injection system.In this paper, through the analysis of dynamic characteristics of oil pump ofelectronic unit pump system; with the aid of Hydsim simulation software to createmodel and analyze the fuel injection system of electronic unit pump.In theMatlab/Simulink environment to adopt fuzzy control strategy, realize joint control of themulti-body model and the fuzzy control, analyze the working performance parametersof impacting dynamic characteristics of solenoid valve;. Through the comprehensiveanalysis of electronic-controlled fuel injection to obtain parameters and conclusion, toprovide the technical support theory for the optimization design of fuel injection systemof electronic unit pump and the improvement of traditional diesel system, but also toprove the accuracy and feasibility of co-simulation method. |
