The pipes are mainly used for transporting production materials, pipe support asthe support structure of the pipe, are widely distributed and build more number as aspecial structure, the construction of a large number of the special structure, widely usedin chemical industry, metallurgy and other industries. Because of the bad pipe supportenvironment, and changes in use process is more, so a growing number of pipe supportneed to reinforce. Pipe support system distribution area is large; the calculation shouldtake its reasonable computing unit for analysis. Currently for reinforcing pipe supportsystem have more research before, and after the reinforcement of pipe support systemperformance study is less. Reflect after reinforcement of pipelines to participate in theoverall stress, consider the pipeline involved in the overall force, reinforced pipesupport system based on the plane frame and the overall model simulation analysis,bearing capacity, the study of the seismic performance. In this paper, finite elementmethod, numerical simulation was carried out on the pipe support structure afterreinforcement and calculated, and the simulation results, the research content includesthe following aspects.(1) Departure from the present situation of pipe supports, pipe support system isexpounded the existing problems. Combined with engineering example, this paperintroduced the reliability evaluation process of the pipe support system and content.(2) Discusses the Steel Reinforcement pipe support member bearing mechanism,the system reinforced the calculation method for each component of the pipe support,and Seismic calculation of pipe support system after reinforcement. In addition, basedon the component of the model of confined concrete reinforcement, the extension-storyreinforcement constitutive model is proposed for easy application and for subsequentreinforced pipe support provides the theory basis for the establishment of the model.(3) Combined with the project example, the finite element software are used toanalysis the internal force of pipeline after reinforcement. By comparing thereinforcement after pipe support based on the theory of structure calculation andconsidering the participate in the whole pipe in both cases of internal force calculationtheory, analyze the causes of the differences and put forward reasonable proposals forstructural reinforcement programs. Unreinforced and reinforced pipe support system as a whole finite element simulation, respectively using modal analysis method and timehistory analysis of the seismic performance of pipe support before and after thereinforcement calculation, pipeline to support further validation.Numerical simulation results show that outsourcing steel reinforced concrete pipesupport improves the various aspects performance obviously; the bearing capacity andseismic behavior of the reinforcement pipe support system are improved.With the result of this paper, it has a good reference to the further understandingthe mechanism of Outsourcing Steel Reinforcement and guiding its application inpractical engineering.
