Since the1980s, China’s urban subway construction is developing rapidly. It can be expected that there will be the country’s subway large-scale construction period from now on to2050. The deep foundation pit of subway station are usually in the city’s busy section and the stability of pit supporting makes all the difference. Based on related literature and research, this paper takes the deep foundation pit support engineering of a domestic subway station for background and puts forward the deep pit supporting design scheme. What’s more, this paper analyses the actual engineering in step in the process of excavation displacement field and the distribution of internal forces by using the large finite element software Midas GTS, it also compares deep foundation pit F-SPW software’s calculation results with Midas GTS software’s results. By discussing the deformation of retaining structure and its influencing factors, we conclude some significant conclusions. The main work and conclusions are as follows:(1) This paper introduced the foundation pit engineering background, the development situation, study status quo, foundation pit engineering design method and the stability calculation theory.(2) By collecting material of a domestic subway station project survey, engineering geological condition, hydrology geology condition and foundation of earthquake effect, engineering geological conditions evaluation, traffic condition and buildings protection measures, this paper analyzed the choice of deep foundation pit support system design scheme and excavation design scheme.(3) By using deep foundation pit F-SPW calculation software, this paper analyzed the deep foundation pit retaining structure of the station and the results meet the standard.(4) Combined with a domestic subway station of deep foundation pit engineering, this paper introduced the large geotechnical engineering finite element analysis software Midas GTS. The finite element numerical simulation of the deep pit was conducted with the software with background of a subway station deep foundation engineering. What’s more, this paper studied the foundation pit excavation, supporting each construction stage of displacement, uplifts of the foundation pit quantity and the changes of surface subsidence. In the last, the results were compared with the calculation value of F-SPW software and the calculated values were in good agreement between them, so in this paper the Midas GTS numerical analysis model is successful and parameters selection is reasonable. That provides the basis for the construction and design of similar projects in the future and great significance to practical engineering.
