Application Of The Technology Of Foundation Pit Support Of Underground Continuous Wall In Old And Deep Foundation Pit Engineering

At present,with the development of politics,economics and culture of China,followed by emerging city which has shown an unprecedented boom around construction and development.However,the status quo of the developed shortcoming of these cities which is the old urban planning ideas do not match the new,to some extent,has hindering the city’s comprehensive development.And the development of the situation is much prominent,especially in the Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Shenzhen and some cities where had taken the head development.In recent years,the real situation of the skyrocketing land price of city and tightening city land make it cast a layer of thick frost which is changing urban center gradually,planned by local urban planning departments.In this realistic context,people began to concentrate themselves on those larger buildings built in the 1990s,and made it meet the needs of new urban development planning by the way of transforming the old buildings.Also it is much important for the pit support system to get a great treatment which will directly affect the operation cost of the project and the quality of the subsequent construction.The earth excavation and support of the foundation pit has been an important engineering content in the construction industry.Nowadays,It has been widely found the large-sized cities such as Shanghai,Shenzhen and so on and some small and medium-sized cities in soft coastal areas.Currently,the form of foundation pit contains grading excavation,soil nail wall spray anchor support,support row of pile structure support,underground continuous wall support and the composite structure support which includes a variety of support,the grading excavation occupies a huge area,and the row pile support often needs to set aside a certain operating space between the supporting structure and the basement exterior wall,as a result,the workers could complete the template works and the reinforced engineering smoothly.The operating space in the basement structure will be backfilled,leading to a waste of a large area of building space.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to use the underground continuous wall foundation pit support technology in the old and deep foundation pit engineering,whether it is for the theoretical research or for the research for construction of similar projects.The project named Wanling Global Center,making an intensive study of the underground continuous wall foundation pit support technology,For providing similar projects with reierence,this paper explores the rationality of the supporting way,summing up the construction experiences.
