| The high-speed PMSG(permanent magnet synchronous generator) is widely used in distributed generation and investigated by electrician, because of its high power density, high efficiency, low noise, leaving out of collector ring and brush, and directly linkage to driving equipment without gears. It is convenient to develop PMSG because our country is rich in rare earth resources. And due to the uneven population distribution and remotely power supply, the distributed power generation system has broad prospects.First, the significance for studying the high-speed PMSG and its background were described. Also the equivalent magnetic circuit of PMSG and loss analysis of the high-speed PMSG and its basic performance were discussed in detail.Secondly, the design process of350kW high-speed PMSG, which includes the electromagnetic load selection, the main dimensions estimation, rotor poles and permanent magnetdesign, was introduced. According to the rectifier load, six-phase double Y shifted by30°structure was chosen as the connection mode of the stator winding. And RMxprt motor design software was used for high-speed PMSG electromagnetic aided design.Thirdly, by using finite element analysis software Ansoft Maxwell, the generator electromagnetic simulation analysis, which includes simulations of Static magnetic field,No-load magnetic field and Load magnetic field, was done. The simulation results show that the electromagnetic design scheme is feasible.Under the same power and speed,harmonic analysis was also been performed for a three-phase60°phase winding motor and the six-phase double Y shifted by30°winding motor. And the annlysis results indicate the advantages of the double-Y structure.In the end, mechanical calculation of shaft and bearing life estimation are carried out in order to ensure the safety of the shaft and the life of bearing. |
