High speed permanent magnetic generator is widely used in aerospace and other fields for the advantages of high speed, small size and so on.Currently, the fundamental research of electromagnetic design of high-speed permanent magnetic generator at home and abroad is far from comprehensive. Therefore, this article will focus on the structure design of high speed permanent magnetic generator, and calculation methods for the electromagnetic parameters,such as iron core magnetic field distribution, loss and temperature rise are studied in this paper.According to the high speed permanent magnetic generator’s operation characteristics of small scale and high speed, this paper provides the design of generator stator and rotor’s structure, and high-speed generator which matches micro turbojet engine is preliminary designed.The finite element calculation model of high-speed permanent magnetic generator field is established on the basis of the slip boundary method.The influences of speed and structural parameters on the motor’s electromagnetic performance are analyzed.On the basis of magnetic field computation, stator’s iron loss distribution is calculated according to the computational model.And iron loss and its distribution of different core material, different size stator structure and different speed are studied. At the same time, the rotor eddy current loss, windage loss and winding loss at high speed operation condition are calculated. Finally, the loss components’ temperature fields are analyzed as the heat source caused by different loss contribution. At the same time,change rules of the motor’s temperature rise under different speed are analyzed.The generator system for a turbojet engine with a rated power of 400 W and an operating speed of 80000~100000 RPM is designed.With the test platform for the high speed generator, electromagnetic performance test of high speed generator motor and other related studies are carried out.
