Bearing is a very important component in engineering and it is widely used in machincalaviation, power, transportation, textile and other project fields. It will cause huge economiclosses and even catastrophic damage. According to statistics, in the use of rotating machineryof rolling bearings about70%of the mechanical failure is caused by the rolling bearing. Andits stability, security, reliability, safety production, high efficiency, low power consumption isof great significance. Thus, the research of vibration monitoring of rolling bearings isnecessary and very meaningful. This paper uses the most effective way to monitor bearings-vibration analysis and developed a LabVIEW-based data acquisition and analysis system ofbearing vibration. The low crew uses the32-bit STM32F103microprocessor for datasampling, and communicate data transmission signals with the host computer through theUSB interface. The PC software development platform based on LabVIEW analyzes the testsignal by in time domain and frequency domain. Achieve the purpose of bearing conditionmonitoring.Working were mainly divide into two parts of hardware and software. Paper carry out thefollowing tasks:1. Discusse the meaning of vibration data acquisition system and the theory of bearingvibration test.2. Design and product the signal acquisition circuit with the core of STM32F103microprocessor. Convert the signal with A/D and USB communicate with the host computer.3. Preparate PC-LabVIEW software to achieve the vibration signal analysis and display.The system applies to the collection analysis and fault diagnosis of roller bearingvibration signal. Use the high-performance ARM core of STM32F103series to ensure thespeed of data collection and data analysis. PC software development based on the virtualinstrument LabVIEW development platform. It have the powerful graphical programming anda friendly interface. It can make the vibration data acquisition with real-time display, timedomain analysis, frequency domain analysis and data storage and other functions. It well be done on the bearing vibration measurement and analysis. Based on the modular design, thesystem maintenance, improvements and extensions are very convenient. The function ofsystem is verified through experiments.
