In rotating machinery,as a core component of supporting the rotor,rolling bearing has a great influence on the stability and reliability of the whole mechanical system.Taking rolling bearing as an object,this thesis reaserches a portable,low cost,high stability,real-time monitoring and diagnosis of equipment for real time acquisition and analysis instrument.The main research contents of this paper include two aspects,one is the realization of the portable signal acquisition and analysis system,the other is the application of all phase FFT spectrum analysis in the portable signal acquisition and analysis system.The realization of the whole system is divided into hardware system design and software system design.Whether the design of hardware system and software system,this paper uses the modular design thought from beginning to end,according to the demand analysis module,the hardware design mainly focuses on the two core processor to build the system,one is the digital signal processor DSP and the other is the control processor STM32,which can make full use of STM32 chip is rich in resources,strong expansibility,and can play a superiorperformance of DSP in the data operation.The signal acquisition and analysis system first controlles ICP sensors to acquire data by STM32 processor,and then transmits the data to the digital signal processor,at last DSP analyses the signal,this paper gives the principle diagram of the various modules of the system,and then this paper analyzes the design in detail.The design of the software system is mainly related to the realization of the control module program,this paper give the flow chart of program design and the realization method.In the theoretical research,this paper makes a depth study on the application of full-phase FFT spectrum analysis in signal acquisition and analysis system.Firstly,by the data truncation problems in digital signal processing,this paper studies the preprocessing of full-phase to the data truncation problems,and it analyzes the waveform and spectral characteristics of the cosine signal before and after windowing under the condition of traditional truncation and the waveform and spectral characteristics after all-phase pre-processing,and the performance of the algorithm is verified by using MATLAB on the computer.This paper focuses on the ratio method in traditional spectral correction method and the comprehensive phase differencecorrection method based on FFT and all-phase FFT.It emphasizes the principle of FFT and the principle and implementation of full-phase FFT spectrum analysis and traditional FFT spectrum analysis.The system structure and mathematical formula of the full-phase FFT spectrum analysis and traditional FFT spectrum analysis are given in this paper,thus comparing the spectral performance of these two FFT,and implementing the two algorithms on the portable signal acquisition and analysis system.The results are verified with the results calculated by MATLAB on the computer.
