Urban rail transit is widely used in the city traffic in many countries of the world, which is one of the solutions of modern urban traffic congestion, and one of the effective ways to protect the city ecological environment.Owning to the frequent rail traffic accidents and the national attention to production safety requirements, we are supposed to carry out the reliability evaluation of controlling the equipments in the system,strengthen the abnormal analysis of the equipments in professional management and master the regular pattern of equipment failure.It is also necessary to apply the methods of quantifying the reliability and the approaches of systematic managements,in order to implement the further improvements of the level of equipments’ controllabilities and ensure the reliable operation of the control system.Thus we can ensure the safe and stable operation of rail transit. This is a very valuable research work.In this paper,we make the characteristics of distributed control system, fault regular pattern,operation and maintenance records, draw lessons about the reliability evaluation methods from other industries digitizer control system,result in establishing the reliability evaluation system of the distributed control system. According to establishing suitable evaluation index system of the reliability of the distributed control system,the architecture of distributed control system and hardware configuration, we can obtain the general failure data and failure/event records.Collecting the relevant data of the distributed control system,using fault tree reliability evaluation method, we are supposed to establish the system of the logical relationship between failure and equipment failure and calculate the system failure probability quantitatively,according to the equipment failure data. Building a scientific and reasonable distributed control system failure database field list;setting up "distributed control system information database" analyzing industry decentralized control system failure, the event log for failure mode and consequence analysis, determining the risk list class classification principles,it is reality to establish corresponding distribute control system and the risk list.Finally,in this paper,through two application examples, we prove the feasibility of the evaluation index system of the decentralized system reliability and ensure the application value.The biggest breakthrough of this paper is putting forward a method of the quantitative dispersing system reliability evaluation, which can see an index in the developing trend in a certain time period intuitively and make the warning signal to system maintenance.This method change the traditional qualitative analysis one, at the same time,according to the system makes the rules of collection and induction of various kinds of specification for the study of information through the whole life cycle.We can enhance the accuracy of indicators,which will provide the foundation for further research.
