Activeand passive safety system has been more and more people cognition, attention.A negative problem of passenger car is that the resulting accident will berelatively increase. The government investment, the driver for driving safetyattention, and more stable active and passive safety system combination toreduce accidents, reduce the accident casualties plays a very big function.Active and passive safety system is to assist the driver in the accidentor before driving to reduce the probability of accidents, or in the event ofan accident Airbag ECU is stable, accurate fire airbag and reducing the driverand occupant injury, played a crucial effect. In many of the buyers wouldpurchase a car when the first understand passive safety system configuration,such as how many airbags etc. With the China NCAP (C-NCAP) has been more andmore attention, consumers also slowly understanding to the airbag ignitiondecision is made by the airbag ECU.This thesis mainly studies the Airbag ECU calibration stability,including: analysis of ECU calibration strategy, crash test matrix analysis,China and abroad laws and regulations and NCAP requirements related toimprove the calibration stability properties of the significance of AirbagECU, combined use of Hyper Graph and phantom software China and abroadexperimental calibration signal the high-speed camera and combining with theresearch and analysis of the calibration parameters.Via the calibration of matching stability of Airbag ECU, the Airbag ECUto determine what conditions do not trigger airbag, what conditions timelytrigger airbag. To reduce the error caused by the airbag trigger accidentprobability and Airbag ECU timely trigger airbag when crash accidents happen.To solve the problem of the actual project development, reduce accidentsdriver and occupant injury, reducing the accident rate has importantsignificance.
