General Contracting Construction (EPC) Contract Management Study Mode

The rapid development of China’s market economy makes the construction industryhas also been a rapid progress, however, the development of China’s construction market isfar from perfect, there are many problems, highlighted by the construction contractmanagement.Based on China’s construction market, contract management for engineering realitymade a more detailed statement of the theoretical basis and its related construction contractmanagement problems and countermeasures of several aspects of the analysis to explore.This paper describes the construction general contracting (EPC) mode ofcomprehensive contract management theory. The theory which contains information aboutthe planning and tendering aspects of contract management, control and management ofcontracts and engineering change management, etc. are discussed.In this paper, process instances, and the combination of cases and related theories,general contractor for construction (EPC) contract management mode and contractmanagement system to conduct a detailed analysis of the specific implementation, hoping tofurther standardize and improve the construction general contracting (EPC) mode forcontract management plays a certain sense, the role of reference.
