Blow off water system as integral part of second circuit for nuclear power plant, its effectis cleaning up water quality, making fresh water met requirement with seawater. The functionof vent water control system for blow off evaportor is based on the ability to blow offevaporator to automatically adjust the flow enters blow off evaporator. It consist of controlvalves, actuator, control systems, and the water level detector.Due to the defects of the structure and the control system, the original manual vent waterregulating valve can’t meet the requirements of system. It is necessary to original regulatingvalve optimize. The main contents of this paper is to adjust the structure of the valve design,theoretical calculation, research of regulating property and design of the automatic controlsystem.Throttle system was designed used hydraulic serve theory in new-type vegulatingdraining control valve. The pressure control principle was analyses. By using the method oftheoretical calculations to determine the zero position of the flow pipe.The paper using three-dimensional modeling software Solidworks model the drainingcontrol valve. The ANSYS software was applied to analyze the valve body structure, and getthe stress distribution law. The maximum stress and the maximum strain position were found.Estimate stress strength according to related standard; Using ANSYS ICEM CFD finiteelement mesh generation and get results in ANSYS CFX. Getting the coefficient of drag andregulating property in different open levels.
