Study On Fault Analysis And Cascading Failure Model Of Ship Fire-fighting System

The ship fire is a sea accident，which is relatively easy to happen and is a great threat toship. Ship used to travel in the water far from the land，it should come to its rescue only by theship fire-fighting system when fire breaks out. And ship fire-fighting system plays animpotent role in real-time monitoring fire，timely starting fire-fighting linkage equipment，find and destroy the initial fire. When ship fire-fighting system malfunctions, and if firebreaks out at the same time, people are easy to miss the best time to put out the fire because ofthe fire isn’t be found or the linkage equipment isn’t be started. At last the fire will inflictinglosses on the ship and even make the whole ship cascading failure. So it is necessary to studyon the ship fire-fighting system.At present the study on the ship’s fire-fighting system often pay more attention to a kindof fire-fighting linkage system, or simple research automatic alarm system. The introductionabout composition forms of a complete ship fire-fighting system is very little. So this paperput the ship fire system into ship fire automatic alarm system and fire-fighting linkage controlsystem of ship two parts to introduce. In the part of ship fire automatic alarm system it givesout the name, characteristics, working mode, terminal and engineering application connectionof each component and device. In the part of fire-fighting linkage control system of ship itgives out form, scope, system arrangement, automatic control process and control principlediagram of the system. At last the paper gives out a complete ship composition block diagramof ship fire-fighting system.Fault tree analysis method is a widely used, mature and it applicable to analyse thecomplicated system, so this paper uses the method on analysing the ship fire-fighting system.This paper introduces some basic concepts, builds rules, qualitative and quantitative analysisstep of the method. And this paper builds the fault trees of ship smoke control system, wettype automatic sprinkler system and carbon dioxide extinguishing system and gives out theresult of analysis.At last the paper introduces the designing process of simulation system. It introducessoftware setting method of MATLAB and VC mixed programming, the relevant operations ofprogram converting, realization method of the complicated network algorithm using matlablanguage and genetic algorithm using C language, the simulation interface design, operation,function and the results presentation. The simulation interface can fusion the above twoalgorithm procedures mentioned, can realize communication function between automatic alarm controller and PC machine，can acquire and preservation the system fault information,the fire information, and combine these information to algorithm combining program. Atlast it can analyse the ship about fire-fighting system fault, ship cabin fire cascading failure,preventing fire-fighting system fault, etc.
