In recent years, the nuclear fuel industry has risen with the development of the nuclearpower and so many countries pay attention to the progress. There are a lot of reasons whichaffect the results of the decontamination tank (1A) and technetium scrubbing tank in thePUREX process. How to choose the better experimental conditions is to be a research focus. We can reduce the radioactive about the experiment, save the cost of research and improve theefficiency by the simulation with the computer which has been an important experimentalmethods, Nitric acid concentration of the theoretical stage and exit flows is calculated by thecomputer program. And convenient user interface have been designed. On the basis of research of reprocessing simulation and a large number of distributiondata of uranium and nitric acid, the model of distribution uranium and nitric acid have beenestablished by the curve fitting and the interpolation method. It is established a steady-stateextraction algorithm by the matrix solution which is Concentration distribution step by step. The main computer program is established by a circular Gaussian elimination method forsolving N linear equations. And the use of the database data in the main computer programhas been explored. We can computer the organic phase and aqueous phase from the entranceand export any level. It can be used to make some simple calculate with the data stored in thedatabase. Finally, the correctness of the program has been verified by computing the nitric acid anduranium concentration in the1A and technetium scrubbing tank which the condition and theresult are from the document. However, the result shows that the deviation was in fivepercentage.
