At present, with the progress of science and technology and the development of thesociety, the modern people pay more attention to environmental protection, for the globalscope of the most widely used for diesel engine power machinery, energy saving and lowemission has become the focus of the research direction. China internal combustion engineresearch level relative is not high, in use on the environment caused a lot of pollution.Therefore, the development low emission, low consumption of diesel engine is more andmore become the research hot spot, also make the internal combustion engine industryarduous responsibility and mission.Since in recent years, along with the computer numerical simulation technologyunceasing development, theoretical mathematical model to be more perfect, all kinds of CFDfluid mechanics software function is perfect, is more and more widely used in diesel engineflow field analysis study. At the same time, along with the development of modern testingtechnology, such as laser doppler velocity, particle image technology is used in the dieselengine in the study of the flow field. This paper also make based on fluid mechanicssimulation and laser velocimetry for diesel engine into the flow field characteristics ofresearch and analysis.:This paper from the principle of fluid mechanics from the point of view of software,according to the AVL-FIRE characteristics and the requirements of the project, this paperintroduces the related theory of fluid mechanics and all kinds of gas motion control equation,the principle of turbulence model classification and choice, the control equation of discreteand solving, to determine the simulation algorithm. Determine the turbulence model andSIMPLE algorithm. Key is the use of CATIA software, a calculation model, and introducesthe numerical simulation of the whole process, according to the AVL airway evaluationmethod, the use of the airway of CATIA suture and the calculation model of geometricmodeling, import FIRE software use FAME module partition, the grid to solve are set up andcalculated the diesel engine under different valve lift the inlet flow field in the cylinder, andget different lift diesel engine under the flow coefficient and eddy current ratio, and flow fieldwere analyzed. Based on the numerical simulation of the foundation, will be a modern testingtechnology laser doppler velocity is introduced into the field of diesel engine into the currentresearch in this area, this paper analyzes the LDV technology compared to other speedtechnology, this paper introduces the advantages of light of the doppler effect and particlelight scattering theory and doppler frequency shift theory, for the subsequent design toprovide theoretical basis for optical path.
