Hydraulic mass concrete admixture can be divided into the scene mixed with thecement production process incorporation, the majority of China’s water conservancyand hydropower project at the site is mixed with a. The main role of the mass concreteadmixture: to save the amount of cement to reduce the cost of inputs; reduce theadiabatic temperature rise of concrete, optimize the temperature-controlled conditions;improving crack resistance of concrete. Now of domestic used as the hydraulic massconcrete admixtures for fly ash and research applications also fly ash. Full speed withthe hydropower construction, a large number of projects under construction, fly ashshortage of resources, the more types of concrete admixtures is now imperative. Wemake full use of local resources, the new concrete admixture, and successfully used inthe actual project, to get good results reflect excellent value.In this paper, hydraulic concrete mixed with volcanic ash and limestone powderto a lot of trial work to explore the aggregate gradation, ash admixture dosage,limestone powder blending the materials dosage and other factors on the mechanicalproperties of the concrete, durability and the thermal properties of the impact. Theresults showed that: four with concrete sand ratio range between22%to25%, threewith the best concrete sand rate range between27%to32%; volcanic ashincorporation of four with concrete28d ultimate tensile value is not obvious, but thethree with concrete28d ultimate tensile values play a positive role in the improvement;four with concrete mechanical properties superior to the three with concrete;incorporation of volcanic ash limestone powder, the mechanical properties of theconcrete has been significantly improved, when the Volcanic ash content is25%,20%limestone powder dosage strength of concrete were increased by32%and27%, dopedvolcanic ash concrete mechanics superior doped limestone powder concrete; dopedfour with limestone powder concrete28days adiabatic temperature rise of2.4°Cthan the doped volcanic ash powder concrete three with doped limestone powderconcrete28days adiabatic temperature rise higher than doped volcanic ash concrete1.9°C and thirty-four with concrete28days the temperature rise does not exceed30℃; concrete28d strength by the limestone powder specific surface area larger thanthe surface area of the larger, higher strength of concrete under the same dosage;addition, the incorporation of mineral admixtures after, frost resistance andimpermeability of concrete has also been improved, and be able to make concreteresistance to chloride ion penetration performance degradation.
