Compared with the southern residential energy consumption of refrigeration,the northern residential heating energy consumption, take larger the proportion oftotal energy consumption in the domestic urban residential, and its per unit areaenergy consumption is higher than other types of building’s energyconsumption.Steps of enlarging the energy-saving rate from50%to60%speed upgradually in the field of building energy efficiency, yet road of residential buildingenergy saving still a long way to go.In the period of "Eleventh Five-Year", Jilinpromoted "Warm House Plan” province-wide and existing residential buildingsenergy-saving renovation, achieved the remarkable results in just two years to obtainthe transformation of16.44million square meters of existing residential buildings,and the building energy consumption gross decreased significantly.But with the JilinProvince, Changchun City especially, the development of the residential areaincreases, doubling residential area, and total residential energy consumption is stillrising.The main innovations of the study are in the following areas. First, clarify thatthe optimal design of residential building energy efficiency to adapt to cold regionsshould return to the "regional" design. Cannot pursue "high-tech" all time long, andthat would be far away, not worth the candle.Second, sum up the emphasis firesafety and stability requirements on the Changchun City residential buildingenvelope structure heat preservation energy-saving. Third, clarify two factors affectthe Changchun City residential building envelope structure energy-saving, they areDigital controllable factors and non-digital uncontrollable factors.Fourth, thecalculated building heat loss index qHlimits, it’s13.9W/m when Changchun Cityresidential buildings energy saving rate meet the75%. Fifth, specific analyze the optimization approach of each element and detailed structure of residential enclosuresystem.The study summarized drawbacks of the Changchun City residential enclosedsystem when optimize the transformation, analysis of the root causes of theseproblems, clarify influencing factors and serious consequences which may due tothem.Utilize existing mature techniques to cope with those problems, providereferences to further optimize from the currently65%for Changchun Cityresidential energy-saving.
