It's now one of the most significant strategic decisions to construct the economy society in China. Having the huge potential on saving the energy, reducing pollution and so on, the energy efficiency becomes the breach of building economy society. Recently, the Chinese Government has already done a lot in the building energy-efficiency field.On the basis of actual test, the coefficient of heat transfer is researched in this thesis. Having detected the scene building energy conservation, taking Daqing as model, I analyses these tested data in this paper, then to verify whether the energy efficiency could meet the requirement of Standard for Energy Efficiency Inspection of Heating Residential Buildings or not if Daqing carries out construction according to energy conservation 50% design standard. All what I do is to make sure that these methods and facilities are scientific, effective, convenient and suitable to Daqing. Normative detecting method and reference opinion are provided for developing and checking energy efficiency inspection in Daqing. In this paper we analyses and introduce the application of the compound insulation wall of Daqing region simply. The optimization design mathematics model has been developed about wall heat-insulation layer, and the optimization program has been made, typical compound insulation structure and design result and analysis were both given. We analysis the building which we have tested present situation for sub-district outside wall insulation and optimize design, give out improvement opinion.
