With the constant extension of the freeway in mountainous and hilly area, the construction difficulties increase unprecedentedly.That leads and induces geologicalhazards,like the freeway landslide,which are increasing remarkably and graduallybecoming the focus of our society.Therefore, research on safety monitoring and stability analysis has greatsignificance.The thesis is about the research on safety monitoring and stability analysis, sets the cutting slopes of Chenning(Chenzhou to Ningyuan) freeway as the research object.Summarizes and analyzes the basic features of freeway cutting slope deformation failure,The main contents are below on this basis. Divides the type of the freeway cutting slope,and summarizes the type and characteristics of the freeway cutting slope deformation and failure. Studies the theory and method about design of slope monitoring, on this basis, researches on the design and layout of safety monitoring of the slope are given. The deformation monitoring of slope is an important content of the safety monitoring of slope, it is one of the important tasks to make timely, reasonable and effective analysis for slope observation data for getting the deformation regularities and the safety states of slope, and the safety status and the stability of the slope can be judged by the analysis results. Comprehensives utilization of unascertained filtering and wavelet transform to detect gross erro and achieves good results. The concept of "membership degree" in fuzzy mathematics is applied to describe the transformation from " negation " to "affirmation " by using the figures from0to1.Considering the Uncertainty态randomness and fuzziness of stability analysis of the slope, the author uses the fuzzy approximate deduction and the maximum membership degree principle to analyze and evaluate the freeway cutting slope stability. There are eleven effect factors chosen to analyze fuzzily the freeway cutting slope stability. The specialist valuating method combined with the Huang Zhong Fu formula method is used here to determine the proportion of importance of each effect factor. The method of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis is adopted to analyze the stability of the freeway cutting slope. The result demonstrates that the eleven membership functions,constructed by the author, are reasonable. So is the proportion of importance. The membership functions and the distribution of the proportion of importance can also be applied to analyze the stability of other freeway cutting slope.The research results have certain reference value for the study on monitoring and stability analysis for other cutting slopes of freeway.
