The Research Of Building Air Conditioning Heat Recovery Hot Water System

ABSTRACT:HVAC system is a necessary equipment for hotels and other public buildings, the energy consumption accounts for the general within building energy consumption. The energy-saving of HVAC system in hotels and other public buildings is the important object of energy-saving emission reduction and the common needs of business owner. The study involve waste heat utilization of the HVAC system in the hotel, the heat of condensation of water chillers are recycled and used for heating hot water of hotel buildings, which can reduce a lot of heat emission to the air and avoid to causes the thermal pollution of environment, it can also produce life hot water. In a word, this system can achieve the rational use of energy and produce energy saving and economic benefits.This article takes the air-conditioning system of China World Trade Center Bangchen Le Grand Large Hotel transformation project as an example, which in Yueyang city, Hunan province. The screw compressor’s exhaust refrigerant steam with high temperature and pressure, which can heat the water to the temperature that the hotel require, what’s more, It can also help to reduce the condensing pressure, improve the energy efficiency of refrigeration system. Under the standard design condition, we come to a conclusion that the relationship between water temperature and flow rate of heat exchanger, heat recovery rate.The project use plate heat exchanger as a heat exchanger, we build the steady distributed parameter mathematical model and obtain the refrigerant parameter changes in plate heat exchangers, analysis of the plate heat exchanger heat transfer performance and pressure drop of refrigerant side and water side.Finally, this paper compares condensation heat load and water load of the hotel in the typical month, and aim at the hot water system in condensing heat recovery for economic analysis,, the results showed that the condensing heat recovery technology has a good economy, it can save heating costs400000yuan for the hotel every year, the steady and dynamic investment pay-back period is0.41and0.45years, which can provide reference for the air conditioner condensation heat recovery system.
