With the development of economy, HVAC has changed, all kinds of newtechnology emerge in an endless stream, but there are some flaws in the design and theuse of new technologies in the present aspects of HVAC system, in this paper, theHVAC system of a building in Handan is analyzed and summarized.HVAC system design mainly includes the contents for the: scheme selection, loadcalculation, selection of equipment and ventilation system. In this paper, taking abuilding in Handan as an example to illustrate the various aspects, the area of projectconstruction is103765.97m2, the height of the building is100m. The main type ishotel, office building and dining entertainment.This project adopts water source heat pump system, in this paper the author takewater source heat pump system and chiller+gas boiler do economic analysiscomparison. In the computational load of the part of this paper, the effect betweenduing to the changed function of the room and the overall load is analyzed.The reasonable selection of air conditioning equipment type is very important, itis directly related to energy consumption of air conditioning system, the simpleestimation method is used reasonably. This paper mainly analyzes the methods ofselection of fan coil units and the effect of each method. In addition, the determinemethod of fresh air volume and the exhaust volume in the hotel standard room is veryimportant, the relevant provisions of specification determination must be strictlyreviewed, the related provisions in the standard premise can not be belittled.This paper gives a detailed description on pressurized supplied air volumecalculation, respectively analyzes using look-up table method、pressure differencemethod and wind speed method to calculate pressurized supplied air volume, andmakes a comparison. Taking concrete stairs in different types of this building forexample, respectively according to the look-up table method, differential equationmethod and the wind velocity formula to calculate their pressurized air supply, thethree methods are analyzed and compared, the impact between parameters in theformula and the air flow volume is analyzed.In addition, this paper also analyzes energy-saving variable frequency pump indifferent pressure control form.The design of the exhaust air heat recovery system is adopted in this hotel, the paper also analyses the principle explanation of exhaust air heat recovery, but alsoanalyzes the economy of exhaust heat recovery system in this case. In addition, theeconomy wheel type exhaust air heat recovery device is analyzed and the recoveryperiod time is also calculated.
