In recent years, the natural gas was widely used as a clean highly effective energy,natural gas regulator station massive capital at the same time, the natural gas high pressurepipe network developed to unfold in our country. In encouragement "low carbon economy"and today of energy high efficiently utilizing, how makes full use in the high pressure pipenetwork the natural gas pressure energy becomes the new research subject. Canada at presentcountry promotes many to encourage to support the CHP policy. If can craft natural gasadjusting the pressure process the pressure energy and CHP in unifies, develops one type to beapplicable to the northern pressure energy especially-CHP technology will have the broadapplication prospect.Based on our current state of development of cogeneration conduct research and analysis,found that cogeneration has good prospects. Traditional cogeneration development modeldeficiencies, which rely mainly on the combustion of primary energy generation and heatproduction, in this process will emit large amounts of greenhouse gases, to meet the marketdemand and achieve energy saving requirements. This paper mainly for gas pressureregulating stations for electricity generation using natural gas direct expansion method,combined with the associated heat pump technology, a set of the pressure in the pipe can beused for cogeneration technology solutions for critical technology analysis, using turboexpanded machine as a power generation equipment, R134a as refrigerant heat pump, twocompression methods such scheme has higher operational flexibility. ASPEN software used tosimulate the process analysis, and then get the final process plan. The design of the overallexergy efficiency is47.26%, and analysis the key equipments exergy efficiency to identifyweaknesses of the process for the subsequent optimization direction.Finally, the pressure can be used for cogeneration schemes for engineering design to agate station in northern China for the study, the use of chemical engineering simulationsoftware program for simulation analysis, results15000Nm3/h of natural gas from the lowerto1.6MPa4MPa process, the generating power of2580kW, hot water production capacity of31t/h. Outlines the key equipment of the main technical parameters, and full package ofeconomic analysis, the project total investment of about50million yuan, saving benefits of 14.7million yuan, investment recovery period is6.39years. Based on the above analysis, theprogram has great potential for development, for the implementation of related projects toprovide a reference.
