Mine rescue is a emergengy life shelter for miners used in underground mine accidents such as explosion,gas,roof,external fire,collapse and roof fall or toxic and harmful gas emissions.The main system consists of oxygen supply system,communication system,air conditioning system,environmental monitoring system,power supply system,medical care system,lighting system and so on.Of them oxygen supply system,power supply system and communication system are the key functions of mine rescue capsule,and also are the key indicators that are measure the ability of providing shelter.But when accidents occure the external power supply would disconnected rely mainly on the battery provides power and the standby power supply by battery is formed by a plurality of cells series power supply,in order to make sure the battery could safe and stable operation,reasonable battery management system could not be short of.This topic research the mining used capsule lithium battery management system is to ensure that the battery can run normally and accidents such as battery explosion danger could not happen,combined with the practical application of the topic mainl contents are as follows:1) Introduce the concept and significance of the battery management system,and then detetmine the battery management system according to the requirement with characteristic of mine.2) Through the experiment on the characteristics of cell and the battery group of Lithium-ion battery.analysis various influence factors of the battery.3) Analysis the factors that affectiong the estimation of battery management system of SOC.and the the existing method of SOC estimation and propose SOC estimation used in the topic,and introduce the parameters of the SOC estimation.4) Design hardware circuit of the battery management system.firstly introduces the functions and stucture of the battery management system.depending on the functions to design hardware, introduce the principle and medthod of the hardware.5) Introduced the software design of the battery management system.to facilitate the experiments using the Visual Basic realizing of the PCsoftware design of battery management system,providing a GUI interface so that can know the battery system,temperature,total voltage and total current,SOC and other information in real time.6) According to actual application to test,in order to know whether the desing of battery management system could achieve the requirement of the subject.
