In recent years, with the development of industry rapidly, the energy shortage problem has been appeared. Nuclear power as a new type of energy has been attracted by people increasingly, because it is clean and efficient, but the key to promote nuclear power is extract mass and high quality uranium. The traditional Uranium extraction teachnology as:adsorption method, HEHEHP liquid membrance, In-situ leaching and heap leaching technology, etc, due to the limitation of application fields, so they can’t get to promot. Find a technology which is a wide range, not effected by environment and place become a right direction.Refer to the extraction method of rare-earth, using the mixer settler cascade uranium extraction process, designing a equipment which is16extraction and8reverce extract. Using the way complete counter-current about the organic phase and water phase, the extraction efficiency is above95%. For each level of the mixer settler, in the mixer chamber, using strring effect make the organic phase and water phase mixed, the mixed liquid into the clear room, due to the density difference, the mixed liquid separately.Using the method of the mixer settler extract the uranium, and overall adopt distributed control network, by the PC moniter the operation of the equipment on site. Designing the PLC subsystem, collect the flowmeter of the flow signal by PLC, through digitizing, using PID control method, to control the precision of constant flow pump for liquid. Designing a double closed-loop PWM speed controlled system, outer is the speed loop, using method of PID, the motor become to no static errors, no overshoot, precise and rapid control; The inner loop is current loop, using the PID control, he motor starting, braking, locked-rotor, current to rapidly achieve maximum allowable values, and when the motor change the speed, changing the armature current rapidly, adjust the speed. Designing the Kingview monitoring screen to monitor the motor and constant flow pump, data storage, and alarm functions.Through the actual operation, the system for real-time monitoring of the entire extraction process to achieve a precise control of the raw material for the liquid, stirring speed, meet the requirements of the extraction of high-quality uranium, has good practical value. Finally made some improvements to the existing system, expect to make some contribution to the development of uranium extraction technology through the development and application of the existing system.
