In recent decades,vibrating screen which is a new type of mechanich has rapid development. They have been widely used in mines, metallurgical plants, chemical plants, cement plants. Now,in our country, vibrating screen’s service life and trouble-free operation time are far less than foreign products.By the improvement of the overall structure of the vibrating screen, it can reduce the stress level of the vibrating screen, make the stress more evenly distribute and make the noise that generated by vibrating screen’s working. And improving the reliability of the work of the vibrating screen, it has far-reaching implications to extend the service life of the vibrating screen.In this paper, we design and analysis the structure of the circular vibrating screen by using the three-dimensional modeling software Pro/e and finite element anlaysis sofeware ANSYS. We mainly do the following aspects of the work:1) The introduction of circular vibrating screen’s working principle, using the three-dimensional model Pro/e to build the major components of the circular vibrating screen and calculating the main paramenters of the circular vibrating screen;2) Building the finite element model of the circular vibrating screen box and do the model anlaysis by using the finite element sofeware ANSYS.Finally,we get the first20narural frequency values and the first10modes figures.As a basis for it,we improved the structure of the circular vibrating;3) We analysis the exciting the principle of the circular vibrating screen and analysis the circular vibrating screen’s stress distribution by the static analysis when the sxciter worked one week. We determined the maximum stress and the stress distribution and improved the structure which do not meet the stress requirements.4) According to the analysis from the stress distribution and the natural frequency of circular vibrating screen, we improved the program to the strcture of circular vibrating screen. In this study,we get the circular vibrating screen’s natural frequency and stress distrubutions when it is working by the finite element analysis of the circular vibrating screen’s box and improved the structure of the circular vibrating screen.It made the natural frequency of the vibrating screen away from its operating frequency and avioded the phenomenon of the resononce and so that uniform the stress distribution and meet the design requirement of the stress value. The research method and analysis of structure can provide effective and reliable method to the production and development of similar products, and reference value in the other vibrating machinery.
