Power system reactive power optimization is to guarantee the safe and stable operation of powersystem one of the important means, is to improve the power quality is one of the important measures.Since our country electric power network built since, high voltage transmission network of reactivepower optimization by academic circles pay high attention to it, that a lot of research and experiment,made a lot of research, and applications of made the obvious effect, however, with the development ofeconomy and electric power system operation, change the way of power distribution networkplanning and operation is faced with technical and economic aspects, and higher requirements, thereactive power optimization planning is to improve the system of power quality, reduce networklosses, release line capacity, improve the system efficiency and safety of the important measures. Thepower loss of distribution network loss, occupy a large proportion, in order to reduce the loss ofdistribution network, we need no power compensation to the. We can through various forms ofdistribution network is carried out without reactive power optimization, no power to change theexisting configuration system, to plan a new system more optimized, its meaning is very important.So, no in-depth study of the problem of reactive power optimization of distribution network in TianheDistrict, will provide a reliable technical support for the development of the whole region.This article analysis of Tianhe District10kV network and the status of the distribution networkand wattless power compensation process, basic theory of reactive power optimization of distributionnetwork without research, to establish the distribution network line loss rate and the qualified rate ofthe voltage optimization, no reactive power optimization for distribution network of Tianhe Districtproject. Improved strategy as a set of optimization scheme is adopted in the basic genetic algorithm,but also the basic genetic algorithm combined with the successive linearization algorithm into a set ofoptimization scheme, two solutions have been greatly improved in the two aspects of the globaloptimal solution and convergence speed.
