The21st century is the rapid development of population aging era, especially in someAsian countries and regions housing problems of the elderly caused by aging become moreprominent. Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and our country are in the "Circle of ConfuciusCulture" and have very similar values, social structure and cultural traditions. ResidentialSpace of Aged-care at Home development is very well in these three countries and regions, sotheir successful experience is very important to guide that how to establish Residential Spaceof Aged-care at Home in our country.In Japan the aged housings construction experience from imitate Western countries toestablish variety architectural forms that have its own traditions, and have referencesignificance to our county. Most Singaporeans living in the house built by Singapore HDB,This way can provide direction inbuilding house fit the aged of our public housing system.Public housing construction and community care services have instructive for construction ofthe elderly living environment in our big city.This paper will try to collect date about living system construction and economic,cultural and political system construction of Aged-care at Home in Japan, Singapore andHong Kong. Try to filter the data that I collected by comparison, induction, deduction andother logical approach, analysis and comparison the typical cases, summed up one of the law,find out the similar phenomenon and take a comparative study.The first part of this paper contain chapter one, this part proposed research background,summarizes the research status and clearly the object of study, purpose, meaning, content andframework. The second part is include how to construct the policy and Living Space ofAged-care at Home in Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong, this part contain chapter two,chapter three, chapter four and chapter five. The third part is the revelation in Living Spaceconstruction of Aged-care at Home in our counry, this part contain chapter six about thecorrect way.
