Loader is a kind of engineering machine, widely used in construction, water conservancy, electricity, roads, mines, ports, emergency rescue and disaster relief and defense and other important engineering field. Compared with other engineering machinery, the noise pollution from loading machine is particularly prominent. Along with the improvement of environmental consciousness, reducing noise and exhaust emissions of the loading machine has been imminent, how to effectively control noise has become an important factor to improve the competitiveness of products. So it has very important theoretical significance and application value of studying loading noise reduction machine.This paper analysis the mechanism and control method of Wheel Loaders noise. Based on the research of prototype Chang Linzhu type956loader sound field analysis, the noise source, distribution, the basis of the basic theory and study of noise control, proposed the noise reduction program. Arrangement of measuring points in the experimental prototype, to acquired data with a fixed rod will sound intensity probe positioned at the measuring points, then analyzed by PULSE software sound intensity spectrum analysis, to find out the distribution of noise, to identify the noise source. After the analysis the data showed that: noise source of test prototype machine is mainly the fan, the engine, the exhaust port.According to the noise source of Chang Linzhu956, formulate a noise reduction program of Chang Linzhu956loader, and in accordance with the program of the prototype was modified:replace fan, installs of muffler, replace the damper, the engine cover noise treatment, and the effect of noise reduction test. The testing and analysis show that it is very effective to replace the fan, the engine cover sound-absorbing hole blocking, replace the damper and other measures.Experimental results show that the radiated noise956Wheel Loader Changlin noise after less than115dB, noise reduction rate reached1.8percent; ear noise is less than89dB, noise reduction rate reached5.5percent, reaching the national standard standards.
