Nowadays, the resource utilization of construction waste and the research andapplication on the recycled concrete are mainly concentrated on the waste concrete, butrecycling of a large number of brick waste has not yet attracted enough attention in china. Therecycled Brick coarse aggregate concrete is a kind of concrete which is made of the coarseaggregate comes from abandoned brick after crushing, washing and screening, and use thisrecycled aggregate part or all replace the natural coarse aggregate made into new mediumand lower strength concrete. It will solve a lot of rubble waste processing difficulties andenvironment pollution problems if the rubble waste can be applied to actual engineering, atthe same time reduce the natural sand mining, and protect the ecological environment, and topromote the society coordinated and sustainable development.In the rubble waste recycling, only individual institutions made a preliminary study ofthe properties of lightweight aggregate concrete, and mainly focused on the basic mechanicalproperties of recycled brick aggregate and the recycled Brick coarse aggregate concrete, butthe reports of the bending stress performance research of the recycled Brick coarse aggregateconcrete are not seen. Based on this, this paper reference the ready-made research results, andthrough the test research of the normal section bending performance of the recycled Brickcoarse aggregate concrete, and contrast with the common concrete beams, and analysis of themechanical characteristics and failure characteristics and the influence of recycled coarseaggregate replacement ratio to the flexural bearing capacity, and make a preliminary study onthe flexural performance of recycled Brick coarse aggregate concrete Beams.Though the static loading test, this paper make a conclution of the failure pattern of therecycled Brick coarse aggregate concrete beams, and test the load-deflection curve and load-strain diagram, verify the assumption of plane section, observing and analyzing the variousbeam crack development and normal section bending failure process, and study the flexuralbearing capacity of the normal section and the influence of recycled coarse aggregatereplacement ratio to the flexural bearing capacity, The result shows that the recycled Brickcoarse aggregate concrete beams have good mechanical properties, the bending failureprocess is similar to the natural aggregate concrete beams, and with the increase of recycledBrick coarse aggregate content, the recycled Brick coarse aggregate concrete beams’ bearingperformance becoming more stable, Through the theoretical analysis and calculation and byregression analysis the suggestion calculation formula related to the normal section bearingcapacity of recycled Brick coarse aggregate concrete beams is put forward at the end of the paper, which can be use as a reference for recycled Brick coarse aggregate concrete beamsapplied to engineering practice.
