With the rapid development of science and technology, With the rapiddevelopment of science and technology, all kinds of precision electronicequipment for power quality requirements more and more high, highperformance inverter research more and more get the attention of people. Now,with a large number of power electronic electrical equipment widely used,switching power supply with high performance, high efficiency, high power etcto replace the traditional linear regulator power supply, how to improve theswitch frequency and decreases high frequency switching loss has become aproblem which people pay more and more attention. In view of this, this paperstudies the phase shift of the whole bridge ZVS converter soft switch technologyof switching power supply, can make the switch tube zero voltage open (ZVS),conform to the switching power supply miniaturization, high frequency changedevelopment.First of all, this paper analyzes the phase shift of the whole bridge softswitch PWM converter basic principle and working process of the soft switchcircuit, and the leading bridge arm and lag bridge arm of the condition to realizeZVS and secondary duty ratio is discussed. This paper mainly analyzes the softswitch and the realization process of the key causes of the problem, and gives theappropriate solutions.Secondly, using the high performance DSP as the core TMS320LF2407Atype of power supply to realize digital PWM control based on DSP control, andgives the phase shift of the whole bridge soft switch converter software andhardware system design project; Analysis of the use of DSP realize phase shiftcontrol strategy; Considering the advantage of DSP itself and switch powersupply converter nonlinear and time-varying characteristics, the use of fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm, and turned them into an equivalent linear time invariantcontinuous circuit, and improve the system dynamic characteristic and the steadystate accuracy.Finally, to verify the effectiveness of the control scheme for the simulationand test, the system simulation to MATLAB7.1/Simulink6.3as the platformproves that the control system to make the switch power supply has good controleffect; Through the experiment waveform and data, it is known that this paperdesign phase shift of the whole bridge ZVS converter better realize the ZVS,reduced the switch tube loss, improve the converter efficiency, to get the desiredresults.
