PVC Plastic Doors and Windows are the key energy-saving building products. The welding of Plastic Doors and Windows is the important machining process of plastic window assembly, its machining quality and efficiency directly affect the production quality and efficiency of Windows. Owing to the lack of cutting process parameters on plastic window profiles in typical processing conditions, the technology level of plastic window processing equipment is restricted. On the basis of summarizing the plastic window welding research status at home and abroad, according to the peculiar physical and chemical properties of plastic window profiles, using computer simulation and numerical simulation methods to optimize welding parameters, using three-dimensional modeling technology to build a model and simulate of the welding machine joint head and profile welding head, to build three-dimensional model and use finite element analysis software ANSYS to carry analysis of the temperature field on the related structure and thermal stress field.The correctness of the finite element simulation results is verified by adopting experimental method, and in view of the problems arising from the welding process in enterprise, a kind project of improving the structure of welding plate heating wire is put forward and different welding heating temperature on the influence of welding thermal stress are studied.In order to solve the problem of uneven distribution of temperature field in welding process of welding plate, three-dimensional model of welding machine welding plate is established, temperature field and stress field of the finite element numerical simulation of the welding plate in the process of preheating is analyzed, distribution rule of temperature and stress field of weld preheating are obtained, and the correctness of simulation results is verified by experiment. By analyzing the cause of welding plate temperature distribution, a optimization scheme of welding head body welding plate internal structure heating wire is put forward, providing data for plastic window equipment production enterprises to improve product support, at the same time it can provide a reference of the experimental data for enterprises.In the actual welding process of PVC profile, welding process parameters on the influence of the processing quality is particularly important, this paper mainly studies the influence of the of the heating temperature parameters of welding on weld angle strength. The difference of welding temperature leads to produce different stresses in the welded joint, it often brings that welding angle strength is insufficient after welding, affecting the strength of the component. The finite element numerical simulation of welded joint is worked under different welding heating temperature heating process, having obtained the distribution of welding temperature field and stress field in joint, the biggest internal stress change rule is obtained, the parameters optimization scheme is put forward. The change rule of the strength of welding angle is obtained under different welding temperature through the measurement experiment strength of welding, the feasibility of optimization scheme of process parameters is verified by the comprehensive analysis and comparison of the change rule of angle strength and internal stress. It will provide methods and theoretical references for other welding process parameters in later research, It is advantageous for the enterprise to select heating temperature of the welding process parameters optimization.
