With the technic developing increasingly and high demand of using the air conditioning, people pay close attention on improving thermal expansion valve’s performance. And the charging type of the phial becomes the focus of attention, phial’s charging type has a great influence on enlarging thermal expansion valve’s using temperature range and improving working performance, but there are few documents of publicly reported about theoretical research and numerical calculation. Different charging type and power fluid can improve the working performance of temperature sensing system. So a theoretical research and numerical calculation has been taken in this article. The research content mainly includes:(1)Firstly, the research background and thermal expansion’s composition and function have been expounded, thermal expansion’s application and research status, the research status of thermal expansion’s charging type have been briefly reviewed in this article.(2)Secondly, though theoretical analysis, contrasting different charging type, liquid cross charging type has great advantages in all directions, and has high value for study.(3)Finally, a program compiled by Microsoft Visual Basic language and EES is used to do simulated computation, determining phial’s power and composition. Though contrasting and analyzing the calculation result of binary mixture refrigerants and ternary mixture refrigerants, the appropriate composition of phial’s power fluid has been determined.
