Design And Implementation Of Thermal Expansion Valve Enterprise MES

With the acceleration of the pace of economic globalization,corporate competition has become increasingly fierce,and higher requirements have been placed on the construction of enterprise information.MES(Manufacturing Execution System)serves as a bridge between the underlying workshop and the planning floor,can process feedback workshop production information in real time,play a role in eliminating information faults and improving enterprise information structure,and can effectively enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.It has a pivotal position in the process.The production characteristics of thermal expansion valve enterprises and the bottlenecks of enterprise informationization upgrades encountered by most thermal expansion valve companies are introduced in this paper.Combined with the production process and actual demand of a thermal expansion valve enterprise,a MES design scheme for thermal expansion valve enterprises is proposed.This article has mainly completed the following work:(1)Based on the development of MES theory at home and abroad and the production status of the thermal expansion valve industry,the research significance of the subject was analyzed.(2)Through the analysis of the production process and demand of a thermal expansion valve enterprise,a design scheme for the thermal expansion valve enterprise MES was proposed.The feasibility verification of the overall system architecture,data transmission rules,database structure design and data communication were completed.(3)The design and programming of the upper computer system of the workshop MES,the functions of data transmission and reception,system data configuration,product quality traceability prevention,data visualization,and Andon system was realized.(4)The design of the intelligent storage system and the programming of the upper computer system was completed to realize the functions of OPC communication,inventory scheduling and outbound reminder of the upper and lower positions of the storage system.(5)According to the enterprise’s existing ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)system plan,the integration of MES and ERP system was realized.After the actual operation,the system can effectively complete the workshop data collection,improve the production yield rate and product turnover rate,and also play an important role in promoting the standardized production and decision-making efficiency of the enterprise.
