Software Development Of The Metro Train Event Recorder

In recent years, China has actively carried out research work of metro train. The metro control technology has been transformed from a single microcomputer control into train network control.Train network control has become one of the key technologies of high-speed MU trains and urban rail trains. All devices which are scattered in every carriage are integrated by metro communication network.It is mainly responsible for transporting information about control,detection and diagnose of the whole metro to ensuring the effective and safe operation of the train.Metro train event recorder is a train network control device, which is used to ensure running safety. This device controls the train running through collecting all kinds of information in the running,analyzing and processing with the line parameter stored in the train, which to realize safety control.In the meanwhile, it can record the data collected in the running, store the collected data through storing device and get relevant data about the state of metro train running. It provides not only correct data for analyzing accident, but also a modern management mean for maintenance department.This article start with the situation of the application which is based on train network control technology both at home and abroad,analyzing the trend of train network control technology characteristic and development. Basic principles have been introduced in the article, such as Multifunction Vehicle Bus(MVB) and Wire Train Bus(WTB).Then both the analysis of metro train event recorder system and the technical proposal are discussed in detail.Based on analysis of the device function,the configuration of the system is given. Through the requirement analysis,we get the system topology diagram and data flow diagram,with being the foundation for future work.The article briefly introduces the use of environmental norms and metro train event recorder hardware.Finally, the article detailed description of the implementation process of the software. By using the UniCap software, we use the functional block diagram(FBD) to fulfill the overall design of metro train event recorder.In addition, the article also introduces the method of using fault analysis software DRView. With the help of the fault analysis recorded by the event recorder,the software testing and running results are given.
