Heavy haul train under repeated load, requires not only the Road Bed with sufficient strength to meet certain deformation, deformation of the cumulative residual deformation control within the allowable range, but also to have a uniform elastic foundation bed, so the foundation bed the requirement will be higher than normal line.By analysising the characteristics of the heavy iron at home and abroad subgrade, recognizing China’s heavy iron subgrade in design concepts and technologies to strengthen behind the foreign:single base bed structure, it is difficult to achieve consistency requirement longitudinal stiffness of the line; a simple base bed filler Selection and control of the single index; lower the strength of the foundation bed could easily cause a foundation bed creep deformation, affecting the stability of the roadbed; weak base bed disease prevention and control measures, it is difficult to resist frost heave deformation and failure, soil and water other adverse conditions. Further improve as the weight of the train a substantial increase in traffic density, the subgrade structure overloaded iron requirements to further improve, how to improve the subgrade bearing capacity and stability, strengthen the structure of the foundation bed to reduce the occurrence of disease foundation bed, become the urgent need to solve the important issues in the development of heavy haul railway.Summary of the current situation of the domestic heavy haul railway operations, combined with the Ministry of Railways is preparing a 《eavy haul railway design specifications》 under construction " in central and southern railway corridor", proposed three different base bed structure design, finite element software ANSYS simulation dimensional finite element model of the track-roadbed system, the combination of theoretical research, simulation and numerical analysis of the foundation bed structural static response analysis、 the foundation bed structure dynamic response analysis, draw the foundation bed structure design parameters investigated:As the modulus of elasticity of the base bed structure、 density increases, Base bed vertical displacement amplitude, base the bed resistance load impact deformation ability, able to withstand the load of a greater role impact; However, the track load greater passed to the site of the foundation bed, resulting in the foundation bed stress increases, buffer the impact from the train load capacity is weak, easily lead to the foundation bed motility, affect the overall stability roadbed, roadbed stability can not reply as soon as possible after loading. Study the structural properties of the heavy iron subgrade and the establishment of the foundation bed structure to strengthen the technical solution, not only can solve the reality of heavy haul railway engineering problems, to promote the development of heavy haul railway to provide theoretical guidance, and ensure that the operators of heavy haul railway safety and improve transport efficiency has important theoretical significance and practical value.
