For the study of aviation turbine engine seal coating abrasion performance, to simulate pneumatic sealing pair wear test method and test device of high temperature and high speed conditions. The blade-seal material rubbing scratch type, study the abrasion test under the condition of force measurement and rubbing force under the action of high-speed flexible rotor spindle system design methods, set up a complete set of test apparatus, through sample testing, explore the seal coating abrasion test method.Project using piezoelectric quartz crystal dynamometer rubbing force in forming high-speed pulse vibration force measurement and control system, through the theoretical calculation and experiment analysis, discusses the feasibility of this method. Pulse under the action of rubbing force at high speed, the vibration of the flexible spindle will generate the corresponding response. For solving the response, considering the radial and tangential rubbing rubbing force under the condition of force, analysis and calculation on single rubbing rubbing force in different depth of the scratches, research how to reasonable spindle system design to reduce rubbing force caused by spindle vibration influence on rubbing scratch in process.Set up a set of high temperature and high speed seal coating grindability test equipment, this equipment adopts dc motor as power source, after growth in high-speed flat belt drive wheel and blade at high speed; Seal material sample installed in precision ball screw feed platform, using the servo motor with reducer drive screw feed movement of implementation platform; Using piezoelectric quartz crystal dynamometer measuring radial and tangential scraping force; Using high-speed high-temperature flame to heat seal sample. Test results show that the machine can complete the highest tip tangent velocity of□m/s, coating feed rate□5μm/s, sample heating temperature□℃under the condition of seal coating abrasion test, get scratch force collected during a test, sample surface temperature, and other important data, machine operation is stable,:he overall performance meet the design index, test data accurate and reliable.Based on the theoretical calculation、experimental device structures、and the measured performance verification, finally solves the seal coating high temperature and high speed wear test nethod and the corresponding test equipment development process involves a series of critical problems, and puts forward Suggestions for further research.
