The Study On The Control System Of The Distributed Electric Boiler

With electric heating boiler is becoming more and more widely used, people also set out all sorts of control systems. In order to give full play to their energy efficiency, reduce the labor intensity of workers, improve the management level of enterprise information, here designing a set of safe, reliable and effective system to realize automatic monitoring of the boiler production. In this paper, three heating hot water boilers and its related auxiliary control equipments are thought to be the research object, using the ARM Cortex-M3to be the core controller, combining with the CAN field bus technology, using frequency control of motor speed technology, network technology and redundant technology, making all the control equipment structure as the distributed control system. According to the next place machine, superordination machine software and hardware configuration, realizing that all the three hot water boilers are controlled.The finishing electric boiler can realize the change of water level and water temperature, showing the boiler pressure, can manually supply water, according to the demand of the water supply, inverter control the work stations of the pump, it can automatically alarm when pressure exceeds.
