Research on virtual instrument began in the1980s, the concept was first proposed by National Instruments. Compared with the traditional instrument, Virtual instrument realized leap forward, broke through the limit of traditional instrument hardware and software, has been in the forefront of the automatic measurement and control field, leads a revolution of the traditional instrument, and makes the traditional instrument industry upgrade to the virtual instrument industry. Virtual instrument combined with computer technology, has the characteristics of powerful function, flexible configuration, the development of high efficiency and low cost, has been widely used in measurement and automation control etc.Domestic production riflescope in the factory must be carried out shock detection. Special testing equipment is expensive and difficult to maintain, so that domestic enterprises generally use simple shock detector, and its single function can not get the acceleration waveform. The use of virtual instrument technology to build a powerful, easy to maintain and inexpensive device for riflescope manufacturer has practical significance.This article is designed based on virtual instrument technology riflescope shock detection device, through selecting the suitable acceleration sensor in detecting the shock detection signal, using integrated sound card for real-time data collection instead of data acquisition card, and in the LabVIEW programming environment designed to real-time display, recording, read, waveform data query and analysis of shock acceleration data display, analysis and processing system.
