High-speed construction of urban rail transit relieves the growing traffic congestion problems and guides the rational distribution of urban space. It is important to support the city’s economic development.However, with high-speed construction, operation and security issues increase and urban rail transit vehicles are unbalance between supply and demand and the maintenance budget increase.Through the establishment of a reasonable period for vehicle maintenance equipment, it can get the best service benefits. It is an important means to solve the urban rail transport capacity tight problems and ensure the security operations of urban rail transportation.Overall, the dissertation consists of the following three components:First, this paper analyzes the structure of the B-type vehicles which are widely used. And it built a reliability block diagram of the components based on the reliability theory.Date of failure bogies are seized in failure mode and effect analysis to calculate the reliability of commonly used evaluation.Second, for the failure characteristics of rail vehicle bogie, this paper proposes fault Bayesian estimation method for determining the distribution model.Based on system reliability theory and the failure of the bogie parts distribution model, it calculates the distribution system fault model of vehicle bogie.Third, it prevents maintenance times within a limited distance traveled and the interval of the distance traveled as the decision variables. It prevents the minimum cost to repair and maintenance optimization objective shortest time as the target. It prevents the lowest degree of reliability and the lowest available constraints as constraint conditions. It will turn on the rail vehicle maintenance cycle modeling into the portfolio planning problem.Based on reliability analysis of the MTRC of a domestic vehicle bogie day maintenance process, the system optimizes the bogie maintenance cycle. In a reasonable and effective protection of the same bogie system reliability, it lowers maintenance costs, allocates maintenance resources and improves maintenance efficiency. It plays an active role in solving the problem of a shortage of capacity.
