The maintenance quality and maintenance efficiency of urban rail transit vehicles overhaul directly affect the reliability of the urban rail transit operation and the operational on-line rate.Under the premise of the quality of maintenance and operation reliability,it is very meaningful to study on optimization and method of urban rail transit vehicle overhaul.Then the on-line rate of urban rail transit vehicles and the service level of urban rail transit operation can be improved.And maintenance resources can be allocated reasonably,maintenance economic benefit can be realized.In this paper,the overhaul mode of urban rail transit vehicles is optimized from two aspects of maintenance process and maintenance cycle.In the aspect of overhaul maintenance process optimization,the maintenance modular is designed,combined with RCM(Reliability Centered Maintenance)analysis.The optimization model of the maintenance process is established with shorting maintenance time.And the simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the problem.Thus maintenance time is shortened and maintenance efficiency is improved.In the aspect of overhaul maintenance cycle optimization,the urban rail vehicle components are classified by using the ABC classification and the AHP.The key components can be selected.By using the mathematical statistics,the distribution data of the fault data of the key components are tested and the parameters are estimated,probabilistic probability density function and the reliability function are defined as well.After that,the maintenance cycle optimization model is established with the minimum maintenance cost as the objective.Finally,the maintenance cycle is prolonged under the premise of the reliability to improve economic efficiency of maintenance.In this paper,typical vehicle application and maintenance evaluation indexes are selected to evaluate the overhaul mode of urban rail transit vehicles,and the method of time-truncated test is used to evaluate the reliability.By optimizing the overhaul mode of the urban rail transit vehicle,this method not only improves the efficiency of maintenance,but also enhances the level of vehicle on-line rate;although the maintenance cycle is prolonged,the vehicle operating reliability is still at a high level.In this paper,we take a metro company as an example to validate and apply the research.The maintenance process optimization model and maintenance cycle optimization model established have certain practicability and guiding significance in the overhaul mode optimization and maintenance of the urban rail transit vehicle.
